The Fight

The others knew that Raven and Beast Boy had a fight. Not just any fight...but the worst fight they’ve ever seen between them. They were at each other’s throats with cursing, Raven even  smacked Beast Boy harder than normal but not hard enough to seriously injure him and they even used their  powers when it got really into an argument. Robin and the others were sick of them fighting all the  time. Robin was going to confront them both about why they were fighting so harshly.  He was going to turn down a corner when he saw them both go into Raven’s room. He quickly rushed by the door. Robin needed to know what was going on with his team members.

“GET OUT!” Raven yelled at Beast Boy. She threw a pillow at him.

“NO!” he began to walk forward.

Raven smacked him across the cheek. Beast Boy sprawled  to the floor, he began to rub his cheek and stood up.

“Now what  did I do to deserve that?” He began to even cry when he said it.

Raven had a worried expression on her face. She stepped forward to try and comfort him. He accepted it with a heavy heart.

In the hallway, Robin was surprised to see how this was going.

“What did I do to deserve this?” Beast Boy asked.

“Oh. You damn know why.” Raven said harshly and pushing him away.

“I don’t know what the fuck you’re talking about.”

“You don’t remember?! Last week. At the grocery store.”

‘The grocery store...really?’ Robin thought to himself.

“WHAT! I DIDN’T DO ANYTHING!” he yelled.

“OH YES YOU DID!”

“No. I didn’t.”

“Yes you did.”

“The only thing I did was get the groceries our leader made us get.”

“And-?”

“And I flirted with girls..[pause].Wait...are you jealous?!?”

“WHAT!  NO! YOU VERY WELL KNOW I HATE ALL THAT JEALOUSY CRAP.”

“IT’S STILL A VERY GOOD REASON WHY YOU’RE ACTING LIKE THIS.”

“OH. PLEASE...IN YOUR DREAMS!”

“I know you hate it...then WHY DID YOU FUCKING WATCH IT?!?”

“I DIDN’T WANT TO! BUT SEEING YOU FLIRT MAKES ME SICK!”

“IT MAKES YOU SICK?! DID YOU EVER THINK THAT I DID IT TO GET YOUR ATTENTION BECAUSE I LIKE YOU!”

All became silent for a moment. Beast Boy covered his mouth and let his hand fall to his side. Raven began to huff.

“You did it because you like me?” she questioned.

“NO! Just forget it….all you do is tease me  and bully me…” he began to walk away but Raven grabbed his wrist.

“Why would you say that?”

“Because you do...you hit me with everything you’ve got. Whether it be your powers or your hand.”

Silence. Dead silence.

“Did you ever think...that..I did it...because  I might of...liked you too?….” Raven said quietly.

“What?”

“I DID IT BECAUSE...I LIKE YOU OKAY?!”

Robin stared in shock at what’s going on and he was about to leave until Beast Boy spoke up once more.

“THEN WHY DIDN’T YOU TELL ME IN THE FIRST PLACE!?”

Robin rolled his eyes at them. He was really sick and tired of them fighting. He could still hear them shouting at each other. Then it became silent. Worried, he looked through the door again. Only  he was shocked to see Beast Boy bolt forward and kiss Raven. Raven quickly shut her eyes and continued to enjoy the moment.  Beast Boy gently lifted her up and set her on the bed, increasing the moment. He vigorously kisses her neck and begins to undress himself and she begins to undress herself as well.   Robin quietly shut the door. He blinked a couple of times and he really wished he could unsee that.

Walking quietly down the dimmed hallway, he bumped into Cyborg’s metal chest.  The boy wonder  fell back to the floor.

“Robin? What are you doing?” Cyborg asked  while he helped him up.

“Uh...I...was just....working on some training exercises.”

“Oh. Okay?...Hey, I was going to check on B…”

“No!” Robin said, cutting off Cyborg.

“Why? It’s not like he’s busy…”

“Oh..he’s busy….” he said crossing his arms.

“How’s BB busy?”

Robin looked around and hoped they can’t hear them from around the corner.

“He’s  kinda  occupied with a girl…”

“What?!” Cyborg gave a huge smile.

“ Yeah…”

“What  does she  look like? Is she cute? Is it someone I have dated before?”

“I’m not answering those questions.”

“Why not?” Cyborg whined.

“Because I want to respect his privacy.”

“Aw! You’re no fun Rob.” Cy said patting his leader on the back. “I can’t believe B got with it with an actual girl.” he continued. “ I mean, the only other girl he was close to was Terra and we all know we don’t want to bring that chick up.”

“He’s closer to more girls than you think….” said Robin.

“  How do you mean?”

“If I tell you what I saw, will you keep it from everyone else but you and me?”

Cyborg scratched the back of his head. ‘I thought he said he wanted to respect his privacy?...Whatever….’ he thought.

“Yeah of course.”

“Well...how do I explain this….it has something to do with Raven.”

“Ugh. Those two have been fighting for what a week?”

“Yeah, well... it stopped today.”

“Really? Why? What was their problem?”

Cyborg thought for a moment and  soon realized what the boy wonder meant.

“He had a crush on Rave?”

“Kind of….she saw him flirting with other girls and just snapped. They weren’t dating but Raven got extremely jealous. That whole entire fight they were having was just Raven showing Beast Boy her true feelings towards him and he didn’t  even get an answer until tonight.”

“Wow. Anything else i  should know?”

Robin thought about it for a moment and decided not to tell him about their little extreme intimate moment in the bedroom.

“No. There’s nothing else.”

Silence hit between them until Cyborg gave a small chuckle.

“What?” The boy wonder asked.

“Who would have thought those two end up together.”

Robin gave a small smile and just shook his head.

‘I just hope I didn’t make the wrong decision telling Cyborg.’

The next morning, Raven woke up to the bright sunlight and her alarm clock. Her head rested on Beast Boy’s chest. She could hear his heart beating up and down. Raven did quite enjoy the sound of his heart beat.

She reached over and hit her alarm clock. Then rested her head back to where her position  was  before. He began to stir.

Beast Boy’s eyes shot opened and instantly set his eyes on Raven. He began to run his hands through her hair gently.

“Good morning beautiful.” He smiled.

“Morning.”

Beast Boy looked outside of her window, it was a beautiful day.

“So?” He questioned.

“What?”

“Does this mean...we’re a...a…”

“A couple?” she said, finishing for him.

“Yeah. Does this mean we’re a couple?”

“Well, I’m still here, aren’t I?” Raven gave off a slight laugh with a smile. Then she thought about the others and how they weren’t the only ones in the tower. “Um...Gar…”

“Gar? Is that what you’ll be calling me?” He smirked.

Raven rolled her eyes.  “Yes. But that’s not the point...the point is that  I think it’s time to get up.”

“Aw! No. Stay a bit longer.” Beast Boy tightened his embraced.

“I know….but we aren’t the only ones in the tower.”

Beast Boy sighed…”Fine.”  

And just like that, they both got up and went on with their day.

Robin watched as his two teammates acted like nothing ever happened  between them. He has to give them credit for how well they can act without raising suspicion. He expected this behavior from Raven herself but not Beast Boy.  They both sat down away from each other without saying a word.  Robin looked back and forth at them and gave them a small smile. Raven could feel his emotions; pleased, calm, amused, awe…

The empath was so confused why their strict, some-what fun leader was so content. Usually, their leader would be barking orders at the other Titans or interrogating them until he was satisfied.

His eyes started to wonder towards her…

Raven felt eyes glancing on her. She quickly turned to her leader.

“Why do you keep staring at me?” she barked.

Robin shot up ten feet in the air, he didn’t expect her to turn around. Even Beast Boy turned around and gave him a glare. Still, their leader was silent but before he could say anything the doors flung open.

“Well, won’t you take a look at this, Raven and Beast Boy aren’t fighting anymore.” said the tin man walking in.

“And what makes you think that we aren’t still fighting?” Raven shot back.

“For one thing, you guy haven’t screamed, cussed or even use your powers to strangle each other.” he said counting his fingers.

“Yet.” she said.

Cyborg chuckled as Starfire flew in with excitement. Impatiently, she grabbed her boyfriend and gave him a bone crushing hug. The others rolled their eyes and gave them a side smile. Star whispered something into his ear and then grabbed his wrist and headed for the door.

“We will be back in a little while!” Robin called back.

Cyborg scratch the back of his head. He turned to his other friends.

“I’m gonna go down and work on my baby.”

The new couple nodded their head simultaneously.  As the metal Titan left the room, the couple watched the doors shut. Immediately, Beast Boy ran over to his new girlfriend and wrapped his arms around her. Raven let out a small giggle.

“Hey, I finally got you to laugh…”

He was cut off by instant lip contact. His eye flutter shut and began to lean in more. Raven caressed her hand on his cheek, she fell backwards, deepening the moment. Beast Boy ran his hands around her body. Just then the doors swung open. Raven quickly shoved Beast Boy off of her and quickly sat up. Beast Boy hit the ground with a thud.

He rubbed his head and looked up to see who it was. Cyborg walked in with a big smile on his face. The changeling turned bright red along with the empath.

The tin man shook his head.

“You know you don’t have to hid it, we kinda all knew you two were loving on each other.”

Both Titans sat there with shocked faces. Cyborg just let out a small laugh.
